摘　　要：在分析佳木斯市区国土优势的基础上,探讨该市城市发展方向的新思路,提出佳木斯市区国土开发整治对策的指导思想,即南保护,中治理,东西综合开发;发展与控制、调节相结合;全面规划,合理布局,综合防治。最后阐述了市区国土开发整治分区与措施。This paper analyses the land advantages of the downtown area of Jamusi City, discusses new ideas of development orientation of the city,and points out the guiding ideology for the countermeasures of the land exploitation of the city, and expounds the countermeasures for and division areas of land exploration.
