摘  要:测定了8只健康奶山羊和其功能性肾组织减少75%时的肾清除率以及快速静注SM_2的药代动力学参数。结果表明,后者肾功能比正常平均减小约66%;药—时曲线从C_(正常)=5.5e^(-6.5376t)+24.29e^(-0.2162t)改变为C_(肾功减退)=6.78e^(-4.958t)+23.02e^(-0.1425t).其他动力学参数与健康时比较t_(1/2β)延长了75%;AUC增加了49%;t_(CP)(ther)延长了52%,但β和Cl_β显著降低(P<0.01)。多次静注的药动学研究表明,其血药浓度同单剂量推算的结果没有差异。The renal clearance and the parameters of pharacokinetics of Sulfadimidine were determined in 8 milk goats with their renals in normal functions, and then 75% of reduction in reanal functions were determined by giving fast intravenous injections of SM2- The results indicated that the mean reduction in renal functions of the latter was approximately 66% lower than that in normal ones. The blood concentration time equations of the drug varied from Cnormal = 5.5e-65376t+24.29-0.2162t to C reduced = 6.78e-4958t+23.02e-0.1425T. In comparison of other parameters of pharama-cokinetics in milk goats with reduced renal functions with those in health milk goats, tprolonged 75%; A∪C increased by 49%; tcp (ther) prolonged 52%; but β and Clβ, decreased significantly (P<0,01). Also, the studies of multiple intravenous injections of pharacokinetics of SM2 indicated that there was no difference between the blood concentration of SM2 and the deduced results with single dosage.
