摘 要:3年肥料配施试验结果表明,氮磷配施不仅增加植株茎叶内的氮、磷、钾含量,而且,小麦籽粒蛋白质及氨基酸含量亦随施氮量增加而增加。以N_(30) P_(24)处理籽粒蛋白质含量最高,为16.4%,对籽粒加工品质改进也最大。所以,在本试验条件下,提高小麦品质的最佳氮磷配施量是尿素30kg、三料磷肥24kg。以扬花期喷施尿素增加蛋白质效果最好。Three years of mixed application of fertilizer tests showed that mixed application of N and P not only increase the contents of N,P,K in stems and leaves of plant, but also increase the contents of protein and amino acid as the increase of N application. Those treated with N_(30)P_(24), have the highest content of protein, 16.4% ,and also improve the greatest seed processing. Therefore, with this experiment,the best mixed application of N and P which improves wheat quality is 30kg urea to 24kg triple superphosphate. And the best time of spray application of urea which increases protein is flowering time.
