摘　　要：整合素是一种跨膜蛋白,它参与细胞和细胞外间质(ECM)的粘附。整合素具有α和β两条肽链,α链有16种亚单位,β链有8种亚单位。不同的α、β二聚体具有与ECM不同的结合能力。本文阐述了整合素结构、功能以及生理、病理学意义,并概述了其研究趋势。Integrin is transmembrane protein and related to cell and extra cellular mesenchymal (ECM) combining, cell adhering, complement binding and phagocytosis. It is a dimmer comprising α and β peptide. α chain has 16 sudtypes and β 8 subtypes. Different subtypes of integrin have different combining abilities with ECM. The review demonstrates integrin's structure/function and the meaning of physiology/pathologic, in addition it summarizes the research tendency of integrin.
