摘　　要：异体造血干细胞移植的重要并发症是移植物抗宿主病(GVHD),免疫抑制剂是有效防治GVHD的一类药物。在异体造血干细胞移植后应用免疫抑制剂,使得GVHD发生率下降,严重程度减轻。本文对几类主要的免疫抑制剂的作用机理以及在异体造血干细胞移植中作为预防和治疗GVHD的应用作一综述。A severe complication of allogenic haemopoietic stem cell transplantation is graft versus host disease (GVHD) . Immuosuppress-ant is a type of drugs gs used effectively to prophylaxis and treatment of GVHD, which make a decrease in incidence of GVHD and alleviate the severity of GVHD following allogenic haemopoietic stem cell transplantation. The active mechanism of several main immunosuppressants and the experience in prophylaxis and treatment of GVHD in allogenic haemopoietic stem cell transplantation were reviewed in this essay.
