海岛棉两类果枝型品种铃部性状的遗传差异研究

摘　　要：对两种果枝型海岛棉品种间铃部性状的遗传差异研究结果表明:(1)长果枝品种单铃皮棉重及单铃籽数显著和极显著地高于零式果枝品种,纤维品质性状在品种类型间差异不显著;(2)零式果枝品种单铃皮棉重和长果枝品种单铃籽棉重以及两类品种的迈克隆值的遗传变异系数和遗传力均较高,而零式果枝品种单铃籽数,伸长度和长果枝品种长度整齐度的遗传变异系数和遗传力均较低;(3)单铃产量性状间以及纤维品质性状间的遗传相关在品种类型间趋势基本一致,而两类性状间的相关在品种类型间却有一定的差异;(4)零式果枝品种的衣分,单铃皮棉重和单铃籽数以及长果枝品种的单铃籽棉重、单铃皮棉重、长度、整齐度和迈克隆值的遗传相关贡献率均较大,而两类品种的伸长度以及长果枝品种衣分的遗传相关贡献率均较小。A genetic analysis of boll characters of long and non-frult-branch varieties was conducted, The results showed that lint weight per boll and number of seeds per boll of the long-fruit-branch variety were higher or significantly higher than those of the non-fruit-branch varieties was conducted. The results showed that lint weight per boll and number ofseeds per boll of the long-fruit-branch variety were higher or significantly higher than those of the non-fruit-branch variety, but there were no noticeable differences between the fibre quality of both varieties. The genetic correlation between yield per boll and fibre quality tended to be the same irrespective of varieties, while the correlation between the two characters was slightly varied with different varieties. And the genetic correlation contribution of boll characters between or within varieties was different. Hence, when genetic improvement would be applied to the boll characters in sea island cotton, it should be appropriately decided according to different varietal types and different genetic correlation contribution rate of boll characters.
