摘  要:通过谷氮酰胺、花药密度和固化剂对小麦花药培养效率的影响研究表明,诱导培养基中附加1.4~2.7mol的谷氮酰胺,绿苗产量比对照提高了164%~166%;4.8和6.4枚/ml两种花药密度的花药愈伤组织生成率和绿苗产量比1.6和3.2枚/ml两种花药密度有明显的提高,用琼脂糖代替琼脂,可以有效的提高小麦的花药培养效率,绿苗产量比对照提高了200%。Efficiency of wheat anther culture was studied using different anthers density and media containing Various levels of glutamine and different solidifiers. The result showed that green shoot yeild was increased by 164%~166% over control that did not contains glutamine when apply 1.4~2.7 mmol glutamine in the induction medium. The green shoot yeild and inoluction frequency of wheat-pollen callus of 4.8 and 6.4 anthers density per ml was higher than that of 1.6 and 3.2 anthers density per ml. Efficiency of wheat anther culture had a increased significant when agnr was insteaded by agarose and green shoot yeild was increased 200% over control.
