摘　　要：提出一种普适光电二极管 SPICE模型用于 ANACAD ELDO电路模拟 ,并能分析其光源的光谱特性 ,比较 ELDO模拟和器件数值模拟结果说明 。We propose that the SPICE circuit model of a photodiode can be employed in ANAC AD EL DO simulator. The optical power waveform and its spectrum may be easily analyze d. The effictiveness of the proposed model is highlighted by comparing EL D O simulation results with numerical device simulation results.
