摘　　要：心脏手术神经系统并发症发生率为 1%～ 2 5 %。神经系统损伤的机理与体外循环有关。大脑缺血后的激活毒性作用可引起选择性神经细胞损伤和迟发性神经细胞死亡。现讨论神经保护方法的趋势与策略 。The incidence rate of neruologic complications of open heart surgery was 1%～25%.The mechanism of neurologic injury was associated with the use of cardiopulmonary hypass.In response to brain ischemia,the excitotoxicity may induce the selective injury and delayed death of nerve cells.This paper discusses the potential neruoprotective methods and strategies,as well as the progress on cerebroplegic solution providing a better cerebral protection.
