摘　　要：以研制育苗营养钵用吸塑模具型腔为例 ,介绍锌基合金液态模锻这一新工艺。它具有快速、简易、经济等优点 ,而且工艺简单、生产效率高、成本低。Taking the research of the cavity of vacuum forming mould used for the nutritional box to grow seedlings as example.This paper introduces the new technology of liquid die forging of Zn base alloys?It has the advantage of swiftness?simplicity and economics?Furthermore,it is of simple process,low cost and high productivity .The conflict between the complexity of manufacturing the cavity of vacuum forming mould and decreasing the cost?shortening the period can be solved.
