摘　　要：工作流技术可以帮助电信企业重组经营流程,提高管理水平。首先介绍工作流的基本概念;然后以Petri网为图形化、数字化的工具,以装机和移机两个流程为例,讨论电信业务管理系统中定单管理的工作流建模;最后指出工作流模型的分析作用。Working flow technology can help telecom enterprises to reorganize operation flow and improve management level. First, basic concept of working flow is introduced. Then, modeling of working flow of order management in telecom service management system is discussed with Petri network as graphical and digital tools, installation and removal of telephone as an instance. Finally, analysis function of working flow model is indicated.
