摘　　要：以气门的离子轰击热处理为研究对象 ,通过对装炉形式、处理温度及工艺方法等试验 ,探讨了尺寸精度要求较高的细长杆件的离子热处理工艺。结果表明 ,采用吊挂式及双重加热离子热处理 ,具有最佳处理效果。An proces s of ion bombardment heat treatment for high dimension precision slender rods wa s discussed through treatin g the valves with different loading ways, h eating temperature,and heating ways.The results show that it is the most suitabl e process for treating a high precision slender rods to adopt hanging way an d electric heating then ion bombarding.
