摘  要:目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时血液中生长抑素(SS)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、甲状腺素(T_4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)变化的临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定32例HIE患儿急性期及恢复期血清SS、T_3、T_4、TSH,并与28例正常足月新生儿脐血作对照。结果 HIE急性期SS浓度高于正常对照组(P<0.05),T_3、T_4均低于正常对照组(P_(T3)<0.05、P_(T4)<0.05),且与HIE的轻重程度相关,TSH与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论 检测SS及甲状腺功能对正确判断HIE的分度有一定价值。Objective To explore the dynamic changes of somatostatin(SS), triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4) and thyrotropic hormone in serum (TSH) in neonates with hypoxic-ishemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Serumlevels of SS,T3,T4 and TSH were measured in 32 neonates with HIE in acute and recovery stages by radioimmunassay and compared with 28 full-term infants. Results The serum level of SS in acute HIE infants was significantly higher than that in normal infants(P<0.05); T3 and T4 were significantly lower than that in normal infants (P<0.05) and were particularly related to the severity of HIE, while TSH in acute HIE infants was similar to that in normal infants (P>0.05). Conclusion To measure SS and thyroidism has value for the diagnosis of HIE.
