摘  要:采用丝束电极(铜质和铁质)研究了金属镍的快速电沉积行为。研究表明,丝束电极表面存在腐蚀电位分布的不均匀性,经电沉积处理的丝束电极表面,也存在腐蚀电位分布的不均匀性。探讨了不同材质的丝束电极和不同镀液对金属镍的快速电沉积行为的影响。Fast electrodepositing behavior of nickel was studied by using wire beam electrode, and the effects of different electrode materials and bath on the electrodepositing were discussed. It was pointed out that the distribution of corrosion potential on the surface of wire beam electrode was heterogeneous. The surface potential was also inhomoge-neous even the wire beam electrode was fast electrodeposited. The wire beam electrode method could be developed to study the fast electrodepositing behavior of metal.
