摘 要:从磨损自补偿理论出发,针对工程上磨损问题突出、易造成严重后果的机械产品,成功研制了在液压油中对锡青铜-镀硬铬45钢摩擦副具有优异的磨损自补偿摩擦学效应的添加剂ZSA和ZSC。试验表明,ZSA和ZSC具有优异的自补偿摩擦学效应,可显著提高D.T.E26的承载能力、减摩性和耐磨性,具有随载荷变化而自动调整自补偿效应的功能。ZSC在HM68液压油中亦具有优异的自补偿耐磨效应。According to the theory of wear-self-compensation and aiming at the popular wear problems and serious results of mechanical engineering and products, additives ZSA and ZSC were developed to provide excellent wear-self-compensation tribological effect for tin bronze/hard chromium-plated 45 steel rubbing pairs in hydraulic pressure oil. Results indicated that ZSA and ZSC could improve the loading capaciry, antifriction and antiwear properties of D.T. E26, and automatically adjust the wear-self-compensation effect with the change of load. ZSC also had the outstanding self-compensation antiwear effect in HM68 hydraulic pressure oil.
