汽蒸爆破法制桉木高得率浆及其配抄胶印书刊纸的研究

摘　　要：进行了汽蒸爆破法制桉木高得率浆的研究 ,探讨了预处理条件、浆中磺酸根含量及打浆度对爆破浆性质的影响 ,分析了爆破浆的红外光谱图和差示红外光谱图。在合适的预处理和汽蒸爆破条件下 ,可以制得得率 83 8% ,裂断长 4 70 0m、撕裂指数 4 .9mN·m2 / g的桉木爆破浆 ;用 3%H2 O2 可以漂到 70 %ISO的白度 ;用适当比例的爆破浆配抄胶印书刊纸 。A Study of steam explosion pulping of eucalyptus has been carried out.The effects of pretreatment conditions,pulp’s sulfonate content and beating degree on the pulp properties have been investigated,and the infrared and differential infrared spectra of explosion pulps have been analyzed.Under suitable pretreatment and steam explosion conditions,eucalyptus pulp with a yield of 83.8%,a breaking length of 4700m and a tear index of 4.90mN·m 2/g can be obtained.With 3% H 2O 2,the pulp can be bleached to a bringhtness of 70%ISO.Using the explosion pulp as a furnish of offset printing book paper,the strength and printability of the resulting paper can be improved.
