中药骨松康治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨阴阳双补兼活血化瘀中药骨松康胶囊(GSKC)对骨质疏松症 (Osteoporosis,OP)的治疗作用及其机制 .方法 :按照新药研究要求 ,观察老年性OP患者服用GSKC前后的症状、体征、骨密度 (bonemineraldensity,BMD)改变 ,并与西药对照组进行对比 .结果 :GSKC治疗效果明显优于补钙对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;对OP临床症状的缓解作用十分显著 ;患者治疗前后BMD显著改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;GSKC用于阳虚寒凝证和气滞血瘀证优于其他证型 .结论 :GSKC可缓解老年性OP的临床症状 ,对改善BMD也有一定作用 .AIM: To study the effects of Gusongkang capsule (GSKC) on senile osteoporosis and its mechanism according to the therapeutic principles of tonifying Yang and Yin by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. METHODS: The changes of symptoms, signs and bone mineral density of osteoporosis patients were compared between those treated GSKC and those with calcium lactate before and after therapy. RESULTS: The study showed that GSKC alleviated the osteoporosis patients’ symptoms ( P <0.01 vs control) and improved bone mineral density ( P <0.05 vs before therapy). CONCLUSION: GSKC can relieve the symptoms of senile osteoporosis patients and improve BMC.
