摘　　要：通过对旋转模头系统行星齿轮减速器故障分析,提出了相应的改造对策,同时对行星齿轮减速器的啮合参数进行了优化设计。实践证明,新设计的旋转模头系统行星齿轮减速器可靠性好使用寿命长,为生产装置的正常运行起到了极为重要的作用。Based on analysis of malfunction of planet - gear speed reducer in rotating die system, this paper presented corresponding revamping measures, and optimized the design of its joggle parameters. It was proved by practice that the newly designed speed reducer had a good reliability and long service time, which exerted great significance for normal operation of the producing plants.
