摘 要:现行国标GB/T17431-1998中陶粒强度标号的测试方法所采用的砂浆水灰比偏大、强度偏低 ,不能充分反映高强陶粒的强度潜能 ,导致其强度标号测定结果偏低20MPa~25MPa。据此建议将该国标中砂浆水灰比的范围扩大至0.25~0.45,相应陶粒最高强度标号提高至70MPa。并建议用砂浆强度fm 与混凝土强度fak比值是否处于fm= (1.10~1.25)fak的范围 ,作为评定陶粒强度标号的前提 ,且对高强陶粒应取下限。There are some problems in current mational standard GB/T17431,the test method for evaluating the strength mark of ceramisite,i.e.the defined value of water cement ratio(W/C)is too large,the strength of mortar is in smaller level,and it is impossible to complectly reflect the strength potential for high-strength ceramisite,so that the rezults of measured strength mark are20MPa~25MPa lower.Therefor,suggest that the range of W/C defined in standard shall be enlarge to0.25~0.45,meanwhile thd highest strength mark of ceramisite shall be imcreased to70MPa.Besides,whether the ratio f m /f ak ,the mortar strength to the concrete strength,is equal to1.10~1.25shall be taben as prerequisite for evaluating the strength mark of ceramisite,and for high-strength ceramisite the lowlimit must be taken.
