摘　　要：讨论无透镜系统测量原理的测径方法,建立了测量系统的几何光学模型,得到线径计算公式。通过实验计算程序,分析了线芯直径和位置偏差对测径公式误差的影响,并给出了相应的修正公式。The method of wire diameter measurement of non-lens system is discussed. The geometry optics model of the measurement system is constructed, and the calculating formula of testing diameter on two directions is deduced. Through the experimental process, analyses are made on the influence of the wire position and wire diameter have on the measurement formula error, and the corresponding formula for error mending is given.
