摘　　要：提出了基于投入产出分析的产业结构环境影响评价方法 ,并在云南省玉溪市红塔区进行了实例研究。结果表明 ,环境经济静态投入产出模型能够较好地预测产业结构调整引起的污染物排放变化量与资源消耗变化量 ;而调整产业结构是减小对环境系统压力的有效途径。In order to promote the development of regional strategic environmenta l assessment in China, the authors illustrate the use of Input-Output approach in the env ironmental impact assessment of industry adjustment with the case study in Yuxi city of Yunnan province. The following were major conclusions: firstly, the envi ronmental economic static Input-Output model can be a useful tool for predictin g the changes of waste disposal and resource depletion; secondly, industry adjust ment is effective in alleviating the pressure on the environmental system; final ly, the adjusted industry structure still imposes some pressure on the environme ntal system, therefore, accompanied measures in technology renovation,labor for ce structure adjustment and environmental protection policies should be made to attain the goal of industry structure adjustment.
