摘　　要：目的 :了解武汉地区医院用药状况和发展趋势。方法 :根据医院用药信息网 (HPDIS)系统提供的武汉地区 2 4家医院资料 ,对 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年医院用药情况进行动态分析。结果 :3年中购药总金额呈逐步增长趋势 ;抗感染药购药金额居各大类首位 ;购药金额结构百分比 ,国产药增幅明显。结论 :医药改革整体上未对医院用药构成重大影响 ,疗效确切、质优价廉的国产药市场前景广阔。Objective: To understand the drug administration and developing trend in some hospitals in Wuhan area.Method: Based on the data of the 24 hospitals provided by the Hospital Drug Information System (HPDIS), a dynamic analysis was made of the hospital drug administration from 2000 to 2003.Result: In the three years the total sum of the drug purchase presented a rising trend. The total sum of the anti infection drugs ranked the first. In the percentage of the sum of the drug purchase, the drugs manufactured at home presented a significant increase.Conclusion: The reform of medicine and drug administration in hospitals did not produce any great influence on the drug administration in hospitals. And some drugs with good therapeutic effect and good quality produced in China have a bright future.
