慢肾蛋白停防治实验性慢性肾炎湿热证及对白细胞Fc受体的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药慢肾蛋白停对慢性肾炎湿热证家兔白细胞表面 Fc受体、尿蛋白、自由基、血脂等指标的影响。方法 :将 2 4只雄性、尿蛋白测定阴性的家兔随机分为模型组、中药慢性蛋白停组、中药保肾康组和正常组 ,前 3组进行免疫制模 8周 ,从制模第 3周起 ,蛋白停组和保肾康组给予相应药物。实验第 4、6和 8周各进行 1次 2 4 h尿蛋白定量检测 ,8周后测定血中红细胞表面 Fc受体、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL)、血肌酐 (SCr)和尿素氮 (BU N)等指标。同时观察肾组织的病理形态学变化。结果 :慢肾蛋白停能明显提高 Fc受体数 ,降低尿蛋白、TG和 MDA水平 ,升高 HDL 水平 ,并提高SOD的活性 ,减慢肾组织病理变化。结论 :慢肾蛋白停能降低尿蛋白 ,调节机体的免疫功能 ,减少肾损害 ,对慢性肾炎湿热证有良好的防治作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Manshen Danbai Ting(慢肾蛋白停,MDT) on Fc receptor of leukocyte, free radical and blood-fat etc in rabbits with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) of wetness-heat syndrome(湿热证). Methods: Male rabbits without proteinuria were randomly divided into model group, MDT group, Baoshenkang(保肾康, BSK) group and normal group. The first three groups were modeled with immunity for 8 weeks, MDT group and BSK group were treated by gastrogavage from the 3th week. The experimental course lasted for 8 weeks. Urine was applied to examine protein three times at the 4th,6th and 8th week, and blood was applied to examine Fc receptor, malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL),serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN). Results: MDT could increase significantly the number of Fc receptor, reduce TG, urinary protein content and MDA, and elevate the activity of SOD, postpone the deterioration of renal pathologic changes. Conclusion: MDT can adjust immune function and abate hyperplastic stalk region, decrease urine protein, so MDT can prevent and treat the disease of CGN of wetness-heat syndrome very well.
