麝珠明目散的眼刺激及长期毒性实验

摘　　要：目的　观察麝珠明目散对家兔眼睛的刺激反应及长期滴眼与灌胃给药对大鼠的毒性作用。　方法　实验兔眼睛滴 6 %的麝珠明目散滴眼液每次 0 .2 m L,1 / d,连续 2周 ,观察药物对眼有无刺激性。SD大白鼠以 6 % ,1 2 %麝珠明目散 (0 .2 m L ,2 / d)滴眼 ,高剂量组加 3%麝珠明目散 0 .2 m L / 1 0 0 g灌胃 ,每周给药 6 d,连续 1 0周。结束后检测血液学和血清生化指标 ,测脏体比并作脏器病理检查。　结果　该药眼刺激实验平均得分 1 .2 5分 ,属无刺激。对大鼠生长发育无不良影响 ,测血液学、血清生化指标值均在正常范围内 ,病理学检查未见特异性病理改变。　结论　麝珠明目散滴眼对眼睛无明显的刺激性 ,长期用药对肾功能有影响 ,但停药后可恢复。Objective\ To observe the irritating reaction on the eye and the long\|term toxicity by She Zhu Ming Mu San(SZMUS).\ Methods\ The 6%SZMUS(0.2 mL) was dripped on the eyes of rabbits once a day for 2 weeks, and SZMUS(6%, 12% 0.2 mL 2/d) was dripped in another 2 groups.\ In the two high dose, gavage of 3%SZMUS(0.2 mL/100 g) was given 6 days a week for 10 weeks.\ Then hematological and biochemistric index in all organs were detected.\ Results\ The average grade in the eyes was 0.83, which meant there was no irritating effects.\ The indexes of hematological and biochemistric index were normal.\ No any pathologic change was found.\ Conclusion\ There were no irritating effects on the eyes by using the SZMUS.
