摘  要:通过试验发现,柴油机微粒陶瓷过滤器红外再生方法的主要影响因素有再生用废气量、加热器的功率及结构和再生策略等。加热器功率影响再生的时间;再生用废气量影响再生过程中过滤器陶瓷体内部的最高温度与平均温度;再生策略影响陶瓷体内最高温度的出现部位。试验结果证明,这些因素不仅影响再生效率和过滤器用陶瓷的使用寿命,而且它们之间相互影响和制约。On the base of experiments, it is discovered that the exhaust volume for regeneration, the structure and power of the heater, and the regeneration strategy are the major influence factors of the infrared regeneration method for diesel exhaust particulate ceramic filter. The power of the heater influences the preheating time and the exhaust volume for regeneration. The exhaust volume for regeneration influences the internal peak and average temperature of the ceramic monolith during regeneration process. The regeneration strategy influences where the peak temperature appearances. It is proved that all these factors not only influence the regeneration efficiency but also determine whether the ceramic monolith used for the filter could have a long lifespan. In addition, these factors influence and restrict each other.
