摘　　要：针对我国目前对保护渣、复合渣的理化性能检验还没有一个统一的标准方法 ,对炼钢渣剂熔点、熔速进行了分析研究 ,提出了可行的分析方法。结果表明 ,用该方法测定的渣剂性能数据对改善钢锭表面质量和净化钢液杂质具有显著的效果 ,达到钢锭表面无裂纹和氧含量控制在 2 0× 10 - 6 %以下的目的 。Through investigation, a proper analysis method of slag used in special steel is proposed in this paper. This method improves tremendously the surface quality of ingots and purifies the inclusion in melting steel. It can also makes the surface of ingots free from cracks. Thus the qualified ingots rate is improved obviouly. Finally the oxygen content of special steel is controlled below 20×10 -6 and the service life of special steel is improved considerably.
