摘 要:目的 探讨甲状旁腺素 (PTH)与尿毒症患者红细胞免疫功能的关系。方法 采用红细胞受体花环率(E C3 bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (E ICRR)测定尿毒症患者的红细胞免疫功能 ,观察血清PTH对尿毒症患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果 尿毒症患者的E C3 bRR明显低于正常人 ,而E ICRR明显增高 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,血清PTH与E C3 bRR呈显著负相关 (r= 0 .73,P <0 .0 1) ,与E ICRR呈显著正相关 (r =0 .4 9,P <0 .0 1)。尿毒症患者经促红细胞生成素 (EPO)治疗后 ,PTH轻、中度增高组与显著增高组患者比较 ,其E C3 bRR的升高和E ICRR的下降均有改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论PTH抑制红细胞免疫功能并影响EPO改善红细胞免疫的功能。objective To investigate the relationship between PTH and the immune function of RBC in uremia patients. Methods Erythrocyte C_3b receptor ring rate(E-C_3bRR) and Erythrocyte-immune complexion ring rate(E-ICRR)were applied as an index of the immune function of RBC.PTH level in serum was quantitated by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with the normal control,E-C_3bRR was significantly decreased,while E-ICRR was remarkably increased in the uremia patients (both P<0.01). It was also found PTH level was negatively correlated with E-C_3bRR(r=-0.73,P<0.01),but positively with E-ICRR(r=0.49,P<0.01).After administration of erythropoietin (EPO),E-C_3bRR and E-ICRR were both improved in the uremia patients,PTH level (both P<0.05). Conclusion PTH can suppress the immune function of RBC,and inhibit the improvement of EPO's effect on it.
