摘 要:目的 : 探索和评价干银激光胶片热鼓显像中 ,影响图像质量的原因。 方法 :将干银激光胶片 (810nm)和 870 0型、810 0型DryView显像热鼓的结构、特性进行分析研究 ,包括离机分机模拟对比法、光照射实验、图像例行性实验及在 2 0℃的PQ显影液中的实验。有机溶剂涂布实验 ,置医用直线加速器、辐照累计 2 0 0 0Gy的实验 ,干银激光胶片和普通激光成像胶片进行对比分析。 结果 :影响图像质量的主要因素来自热鼓组件 ,热鼓表面致损原因是高温显像的同时产生气雾及结晶物。存积在鼓的表面和压轮上 ,由此造成图像伪影 ,同时气雾也污染空气。结论 :干银激光胶片热鼓显像其图像质量检测采用国际统一的SMPTE标准 ,在特定条件下有使用价值。设备购置应结合日工作量和用途来选型。胶片的保存易被热源影响而破坏图像 ,对干银激光胶片的图像稳定性尚有待进一步验证。Objectives: To investigate the image quality produced by hot drum imaging with dry silver laser films. To observe the causes that affect image quality and to provide application evaluation. Methods: Images of dry silver laser films (810 nm) and hot drum of Dry View (type 8700/8100) were investigated and analyzed, including after light exposure experiment, routine image observation and experiment after irradiation with linear accelerator. Simultaneously, comparison was also made between dry silver film and ordinary laser film. Results: The main factors influencing image quality were hot drum components. The chief cause of impairment of drum surface was high temperature. Simultaneously, it was also due to fog and deposition of crystal, and finally results in artifact formation. Conclusions: Under certain condition, hot drum imaging with dry silver laser films may be recommended. The selection of certain particular type of the equipment chiefly depends on the department condition and the usage. The factors affecting the stability of image quality need to be further improved
