摘　　要：目的 :　了解四所综合型医院对疾病的诊断水平和正确程度 ,总结出诊断不符的相关经验教训 ,以供临床医师参考。　方法 :用计算机分别查出 2 0 0 2年中四所医院疾病诊断不符的病案号 ,人工或在微机上直接阅读病历 ,分类统计有关内容 ,回顾分析诊断不符情况。　结果和结论 :四所医院 2 0 0 2年中疾病诊断不符数占总收容数的 1.38% ,其中第一和第二诊断不符数分别占总收容数的 0 .92 %和 0 .4 5 % ;比文献 [1]有所降低。内。Objectives:To understand the disease diagnostic level and accuracy in four comprehensive hospitals,and sum up the experience and lesson of misdiagnosis,in order to give reference to clinical doctors. Methods:To find out respectively the case numbers of the disease misdiagnosis in four hospitals in 2002 with computors,read the cases directly with computors or mannuly,classify and make statistics,and analyse retrospectively the misdiagnosis cases. Results and Conclusions:The misdiagnosis cases account for 1.38% of the general in hospital cases in four hospitals in 2002,among them the 1st and 2nd misdiagnosis cases account for 0.92% and 0.45% of the general in hospital cases,which is lower than those in reference \.The misdiagnosis cases in medical and surgical departments have no obvious difference.
