摘　　要：Atosiban是催产素受体阻断药的代表药物 ,对于早产的治疗有很好的疗效。它直接结合位于子宫肌层和蜕膜层的催产素受体 ,竞争性抑制催产素的作用 ,同时阻断第二信使的生成和Ca2 + 的活动。许多研究表明 ,Atosiban有效抑制子宫收缩 ,并且不良反应小。Atosiban is a representative drug of oxytocin receptor antagonists and has a good effect on preterm's treatment. It inhibits oxytocin's effect competitively by binding to oxytocin receptor on myometrial and decidual. It also prevents the second messager formation and calcium mobilization. The studies up to date have shown that Atosiban effectively inhibits uterine contractions with little side effects. The article briefly summarizes the current understanding of Atosiban.
