健脾理肠片免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究健脾理肠片治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的免疫调节作用。方法 :采取临床与实验相结合的方法。结果 :慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的E -玫瑰花试验、活性玫瑰花试验及淋巴细胞转化率较治疗前有显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,IgA、IgM较治疗前显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;小白鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率及吞噬指数明显提高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :提示健脾理肠片既能增加非特异性免疫功能 。Objective:To study the immuno-modulative effects of Jianpi Li Chang tablets in treating chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.Methods:Clininal and experimental methods. Result:Showed that E rosette test, active rose of test and lymphocyte transformation rate of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitise were distinctly higher, and IgA and IgM levels were decreased(P< 0.01), Percentages of phagocytasis and phagocytic indices in mice increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is suggested that the drug can not only enhance nonspecific immune function, but also regulate function of cellular and Immoral immunity.
