摘  要:采用盆栽法、应用^(15)N示踪技术,研究了促芽肥^(15)N在再生稻中的分配及其对淀粉积累和再生稻生长的作用。结果如下:头季稻齐穗后15天施用促芽肥,对再生稻生长有直接、间接两方面的促进作用,而以间接作用较大。促芽肥对头季稻产量无不良影响,并可提高穗粒蛋白质含量,改善稻株后期的碳、氮代谢,促进休眠芽的早生多发,为再生稻生长打下良好的基础。虽然分配有促芽肥氮的头季稻株收获时大部分被割去,直接利用于再生稻的绝对量不多,但其肥效可持续至再生稻成熟期,对再生稻产量的形成仍有显著的直接作用。促芽肥的施用方法以田面施为佳,叶面施用效果较差。By means of the pot culture and 15N tracing method, the distribution of budding 15N fertilizer in ratooning rice plant and it's effect on the accumulation of starch and the growth of ratoon crop were studied. The results showed as follows: the budding fertilizer that was applied 15d after the full heading of the main crop could directly and indirectly promoted the ratoon growth and the influence of the latter was greater than that of the former. Budding dressing did not affected the grain yield of main crop, and it could increased the protein content in the grains, improved the carbohydrate and nitrogen metabolism at later growth stage of the main crop, and promoted the sprouting of dormant buds and the growth of ratoon tillers. Although most of budding 15N fertilizer in the main crop was cut off by harvest and the amount of budding fertilizer that was utilized directly for ratoon growth was less, the effect of budding fertilizer could last till to ratoon crop maturity and showed a great effect on the ratoon grain yield. So the direct effect was also very important. As to the application method of budding fertilizer, the soil surface broadcast was better than foliar spray.
