摘 要:用保持系M_B可使棉花“洞A”型核不育后代不育株率达100%,不育度达96~100%。利用M_B繁殖不育系而后配制杂交种的方法称为核雄性不育“二级法”或MMS法,本文提出了它的应用模式,比较了胞质雄性不育“三系法”(CMS)、核雄性不育“两系法”(GMS)和MMS法在繁殖不育系和配制杂种时的产量及种子品质差异。结果表明:MMS法对提高制种产量和质量的效果均很突出。文章对繁殖和组合筛选中的问题进行了讨论。The maintainer line Mg could make the sterile plant rate and sterile degree in the progeny of the genetic male sterile cotton 'Dong A' reach 100% and 96-100%, respectively. Propagating sterile line with the MB and then breeding F1 hybrids was named as 'two-step method' or MMS method (The method of producing hybrids, based on the genetic male sterile AB-line and with the specialized maintainer line MB and R-line ) . The practical model of this method was put forward in this paper and compared with 'three-line method' of cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS, The method of producing hybrids, bar^d on the cyto-plasmic male sterile A-line and with B-line and R-line) and 'two-line method' of genetic male sterility (CMS, The method of producing hybrids, based on the genetic male sterile AB-line and with R-line. AB-line is used as both A-line and B-line) in the propagation of sterile line, seed yield and quality of hybrids. The results indicated that the effect of MMS method was evident in raising yield and quality of hybrid seeds. And the problem in the propagation of parents and the screening of combinations were also discussed in this paper.
