摘 要:当前生产应用的华南感光型杂交晚籼感光性强,短日出穗日数促进率在30.1%以上;以早季不能正常出穗为限,测定其F_2分离出的感光株和不感光株比例近于9:7(X^2_C<X^2_0.05,1),符合两对主基因互补作用控调感光性的分离规律;用具有东南亚秋稻或春稻迟熟种、华南晚籼、野生稻血缘的品种(品系)为亲本一方杂交,育成含一对感光基因而不表现感光的恢复系和不育系,然后再配组筛选强化组合,是当前选育华南感光型杂交晚籼的有效途径。Photoperiodic response late indica hybrid rice which has strong sensitivity to daylength controlled by two pairs of major genes and has a heading-day promotion rate above 30.1% under short-day treatment. It is an effective approach of development of such a hybrid rice type to use varieties or lines with relationship of such breeding materials as indica autumn rice or late indica spring rice from Southeast Asia, late indica varietis from South China and wild rice as one of the crossing parents to develop the male sterile lines and their restoring lines which contain a pair of genes sensitive to daylength but without expression of their character and then to screen and select hybrid combinations by test cross.
