不同类型水稻杂交组合的花药培养力差异成因初探

摘　　要：接种花药后,粳×粳、粳×籼、籼×籼分别在第11天、第21天、第51天出现可分化大小(2～4mm)的愈伤组织,又分别在第31天、第41天、第96天达到产生愈伤组织高峰期。进一步分析,发现出愈快慢与各类组合亲本(包括普遍野生稻)萌发时的休眠性相一致。粳品种在组合中对愈伤及其高峰期的出现有促进,而籼品种相反。Calii, Capable of being differentiated in size of 2~4mm of the combination of Keng× Keng, Keng×Hsien and Hsien×Hsien, were emerged at the nth, 21th and 51th day after inocunation or anther respectively. And the caliiintensive induction period (CII) appeared at the 31~51th, 41~65th and 96~130th day separately. Further analysis showed that the callusing period was advanced or delayed according to the length of seed dormant periods of parent Keng, Hsien or common wild rice. The call7 induced are promoted in Keng cultivars and retained in the Hsien.
