摘 要:以10个有代表性的籼稻品种为副区,4个氮素水平,3次重复的裂区设计,研究了籼稻数量性状对氮素水平的、由笔者所定义的表型响应和遗传响应。结果表明:氮素对一些重要性状如株高、单株产量等的表型有极显著的作用,不同性状对氮素水平的表型和遗传响应亦异,某些性状对氮素水平的表型响应与遗传响应并不一致,而且氮素水平对一些性状的广义遗传力也有明显影响。因此,在籼稻育种中,不仅要了解氮素水平对性状表型的影响,更重要的是应掌握性状对氮素水平的遗传响应规律,提高选择的准确性。To investigate the phenotypic and genetic responses to nitrogen levels for the quantitative characters in Indica rice, 10 typical varieties were chose, 4 nitrogen levels were established, and the split-plot design was employed in this experiment. The concept of phenotypic and genetic responses of quantitative characters to environmental factors was also defined by the authors. The experimental results indicated that the effects of nitrogen levels on some important characters were highly significant, the phenotypic and genetic responses were varying with characters and the phenotypic responses were not always coincident with the genetic responses for some characters, and the effects of nitrogen levels on the broad-sense heritabilities for some characters were also considerable. It can be concluded that nitrogen levels do affect not only the phenotypes but also the genetic effects of some-important characters, and the breeding materials should be subjected to manipulation or selection at proper nitrogen level which can cause the genetic informations to fully expresss.
