摘  要:在李正玮等对100份有代表性的大麦种质资源的主要农艺性状聚类分析的基础上,对其中的78份材料进行了酯酶同工酶(EST酶)的研究,并进行了聚类分析,其结果与农艺性状的聚类分析结果相似。大麦按二棱或多棱等自然类型分类和按原产地的生态型分类既有紧密联系,又不完全相同。同一类群,其形态特征相近,酶谱也相似,表明其亲缘较近,原产地较近。EST酶聚类分析表明典型的亚洲类型和典型的欧洲类型分别属于不同类群。一些产地属亚洲,但酶谱特征与欧洲类型相似的品种其形态特征也与欧洲类型一致。亚洲二棱与多棱的酶谱差异极大,他们分属不同的类型。大多数欧洲二棱与多棱酶谱完全不同,部分界线不明显。酯酶同工酶的分析可以作为选配亲本的依据。Based on the study of Li Zhenwei which was the hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA) of the main agricultural characters of 100 barley germplasm, esterase isozymes of 78 barley germplasm seedling was studied and the HCA of esterase isozymes was conducted. Similar results to Li's research had been got. Two systematics methods which were the one according to the rows number and the other according to the ecological types of the original place, have close relation but still have some difference.The same population, having similar zymographs, had close kin relation and origin. The HCA of esterase isozyme showed typical Asian types and typical European types belonged to different population.Some germplasm introduced from Asia and having similar appearance to European types originated from Europe. In Asia, two row barley had great difference from multirow barley. Most two row barley and multirow barly in Europe had different zymographs, but some had no significant differance. This study can be a warrant for parents selection.
