贵州黄鸡血清的同工酶研究

摘　　要：用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳PAGE(Polyacrylimade gel electrophoresis)技术分析了260份贵州黄鸡血清中淀粉酶(Amylase,E.C.3,2,1,1)、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,E.C.3,1,3,1)、酯酶(Esterase,E.C.3,1,1,1)同工酶的遗传多态性。结果表明:贵州黄鸡血清中这三种同工酶均呈现复杂的遗传多态现象,并报导了有关位点的等位基因频率。Genetic polymorphism of amylase of omylase (E.G.3,2,1,1) and alkaline phosphatase (E. C.3,1,3,1) as well as esterase (E.C13,1,1,1) were determined by polyacrylimade gel electr-ophoresis technique in 260 serum samples taken from Guizhou Yellow Chicken. The results showed that those isozyme appeared complex polymorphism and reported the allelels frequencies on those loci.
