摘　　要：司法理念是司法公正的基础。随着司法改革的不断深入 ,这一问题已引起人们的广泛关注。作为司法主体的法官 ,只有重视现代司法理念的培养和更新 ,才能确保和促进司法裁判的公正 ,也才能使法律得到正确的贯彻和实施。Judicial idea of judges is the foundation of judicial justice.With the deepened reform of judicial system the issue has aroused general concern.This paper discusses the importance of foster and renewal modern judicial idea so as to promote judicial justice and make the law to be carried out correctly.
