舞台通道超高大筒体结构爬模架体系的研究与应用

摘  要:国家大剧院歌剧院舞台通道为超高大筒体结构,采用JFYM50整体提升液压爬模体系施工。该爬模体系具有模板、架子合为一体实现与导轨相互爬升的特点,操作简单、便于支拆,可提高工作效率,混凝土墙面质量达到清水混凝土效果。The super-high large-tube structure is used for pas-sages in the Opera House of the National Grand Theatre.The con-struction of the JFYM50hydraulic climbing form system with integral lift-up is adopted.The climbing form system has one unit of the form combined with the frame,which can realize the climbing and lifting-up with the guide rail each other.It is easy to operate and is conve-nient to brace and remove.It can increase the working efficiency.The effect of the concrete wall without plastering can be achieved for the quality of the concrete walls.
