Clinitek-500尿液分析仪检测WBC与显微镜检测WBC的结果比较

摘　　要：目的 :了解泰利特尿液分析仪与显微镜测定 WBC的结果符合情况。方法 :96 0例门诊患者的尿液先用仪器与显微镜分别测定 WBC,然后将两者的结果进行比较 ,再结合文献进行讨论。结果 :96 0例患者中仪器测定阳性的有2 80例 ,占 2 9.2 % ,镜检阳性的有 191例 ,占 19.9% ,基本符合的有 779例 ,占 81.1% ,出现明显差异的有 181例 ,占 18.9% ,其中假阴性率为 8.5 % ,假阳性率为 10 .4 % ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :泰利特分析仪与显微镜测定 WBC有显著性差异。Objective To understand the coincidence condition about examining WBC between clinitek-500 urine analyzer system and microscope. Methods Urine of 960 samples first was examined WBC by instrument and microscope,then to compare the reults between the two groups and to discuss to combine literture. Results We analyzed 960 example patients, sample of positive for instrument were 280 samples, percentage was 29.2 %, sample of positive for microscope was 191 cases, percentage was 19.9 %. There were 181 samples for different results and percentage was 18.9 %. There were 8.5 % false-negative and 10.4 % false positive sample in sample of 18.9 %. Conclusion There is remarkable difference for examining WBC between clinitek-500 urine analyzer system and microscope. We suggest persons of same profession should carry out microscope examination for everything sample.
