摘　　要：目的 :探讨济南地区婴儿期甲状腺功能的正常值范围以便指导新生儿筛查中早期诊断甲状腺功能低下。方法 :应用发光免疫法对济南地区的 1～ 3个月的健康婴儿的静脉血化验甲状腺功能指标 ,通过统计学处理 ,得出正常值范围。结果 :与厂家提供的正常值范围相比较本组婴儿的特点为 FT3、FT4 的上界值较低 ,TSH的上界值较大。结论 :结合本地区和婴儿期的特点正确使用正常值范围 。Objective To explore the cut-off value in normal of thyroid in health infants in Jinan city so that diagnosis of hypothyroidism was made early in neonatal screening and following-up. Methods Automated chemiluminesecence system is used to test the functions of thyroid. Found the cut-off value of thyroid in 0~3 months infants. Results The maxi of FT 3,FT 4 was lower and the maxi of TSH was higher than that of facton's. Conclusion To diagnosis and treated the congenital hypothyroidism early the cut-off value of thyroid in infant in your region should be learned.
