罗格列酮和二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效的比较

摘　　要：目的 :对比探讨胰岛素增敏剂罗格列酮和传统药物二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:74例口服磺脲类药物的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各37例 ,一组加服文迪雅 ,一组加服二甲双胍 ,进行为期12周的用药观察。结果:与基线期相比 ,二者治疗12周后患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平、胰岛素抵抗指数 (IRI)有显著性下降 ;而同治疗前相比胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)无显著性差异。结论:两种药物均有降糖和改善胰岛素抵抗的作用 ;对胰岛 β细胞可能具有保护作用 ,是治疗2型糖尿病的理想药物。Objective:To contrast the clinical effcacy of insulin sensitizers Rosiglitazone(Advandia)and traditional Metf ormin on patients with type2diabetes mellitus(DM).Methˉods:74type2diabetic patients with oral monotherapy of sulphonyluea were randomly devided into two groups.One of them was assigned to receive Advandia for12weeks,but another reˉceived metformin.Results:Both two groups were observed significantly reduction in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2hour postprandial blood-glucose(2hBG),mean glycosylated hemoglobin A1c values(HbA1c),fasting plasma insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(IRI).However,there weren't statistically significant decrease in plasma level of total cholesterol(TC),total trigly ceride,low dens ity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Conclusion:Both two drugs are effective in decreasing the level of blood glucose and reversing insulinresistance.They can proˉtectβ-cell function from worsening in type2diabetes mellitus,in which Rosiglitazone(Advandia)is more ideal.
