摘 要:该手册涉及6~1150 kV电网雷电过电压和操作过电压机理,对各种过电压保护提出建议,如考虑因素、计算方法、应用举例和参考资料等。为各种电压等级的各类设备提供了不同类型过电压的计算程序及所需信息。手册反映了俄罗斯在高压、超高压及特高压电力系统过电压保护方面的设计和运行经验及科研成果,对提高我国电力系统运行水平,尤其是750 kV和1150 kV特高压系统建设,很有借鉴意义。This overvoltage protection handbook involves the mechanism of lightning and switching surges on 6-1 150 kV networks. It makes some suggestions on a variety of overvoltage protections, such as factors considered, calculation methodologies, examples and references. It also provides related computer softwares and data for various patterns of over-voltages calculations. The handbook mirrors Russian design and operation experiences in overvoltage protections of high, extra-high and ultra high voltage networks, as well as research results. They are very useful to improve the operation safety of power systems in our country, especially to construct 750 kV and l 150 kV networks for the interconnection all over the country.
