摘  要:目的:用雌性大鼠去势建立绝经后骨质疏松症动物模型,去势后分别在白天和晚上进行脉冲电磁场(pulsingelectromagneticfields,PEMF)治疗,观察昼夜节律对PEMF对去势后大鼠骨质疏松症的预防作用的影响。方法:32只雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组,去势组、对照组、去势+PEMF白天预防组和去势+PEMF夜间预防组。各组大鼠分别于术后12周处死,处死前,测量全身骨密度。处死后测定血清骨钙素、行右股骨远端骨形态计量法检查。结果:PEMF白天预防组与PEMF夜间预防组相比BGP降低(1.54±0.11),(1.71±0.15)μg/L,t=2.559,P<0.05、骨小梁间隙减少(127.5±13.3),(143.4±13.9)μm,t=2.337,P<0.05,而全身骨密度增加(0.298±0.010),(0.289±0.008)g/cm2,t=2.283,P<0.05、骨小梁面积百分比增加(35.2±3.0)%vs(32.0±2.4)%,t=2.308,P<0.05、骨小梁宽度增加(65.9±5.2),(59.8±4.9)μm,t=2.435,P<0.05、骨小梁数目增加(5.5±0.4),(5.1±0.3)/mm,t=2.813,P<0.05。结论:PEMF对大鼠卵巢切除引起的骨质疏松症有预防作用,而昼夜节律对PEMF的治疗作用有影响,用PEMF预防大鼠骨质疏松症时白天治疗的效果优于夜间治疗。AIM: To observe the influence of circadian rhythm on prevention in ovariectom ized rats by pulsing electromagnetic fields(PEMF)in daytime and nighttime. (Usin g female SD rats ovariectomy to create postmenopausal osteoporosis animal model s.) METHODS: Thirty- two females SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups: ov ariectomy, control, ovariectomy plus PEMF- prevention in daytime and ovariectom y plus PEMF- prevention in nighttime.All of them were killed at 12 weeks after operation.Total bone mineral density was detected before killed. The change of s erum osteocalcin, histomorphometric measurement and calculations of distal femur were observed by norphometry. RESULTS: The serum BGP decreased[(1.54± 0.11) ì g/L vs( 1.71± 0.15) ì g/L,t=2.559,P< 0.05],trabecular separation decreased[(127.5ì m vs(143. 4 13.9)ì m,t=2.337,P< 0.05], total bone mineral density increased[(0.298) g/cm2 vs (0.289± 0.008) g/cm2,t=2.283,P< 0.05], the rate of trabecular ar ea increased[(35.2± 3.0)% vs (32.0± 2.4)% ,t=2.308,P< 0.05], trabecular thi ckness increased [(65.9± 5.2) ì m vs( 59.8± 4.9) ì m, t=2.435,P< 0.05]an d trabecular number increased[(5.5± 0.4)/mm vs (5.1± 0.3)/mm,t=2.813,P< 0.05] in PEMF- prevention in daytime compared with in nighttime. CONCLUSIONS:PEMF can prevent osteoporosis in ovariectomied rats and circadian rhythm can influence the effect of PEMF. The effect of PEMF- prevention in day time on the prevention of osteoporosis in ovariectomied rats is better than that of in nighttime.
