摘 要:井下封隔器的密封状况检查在油田注水开发过程中是一项非常重要的工作。在吸收国内已有的经验和方法基础上,开发出了压力、流量组合验封仪器和工艺技术。该技术是利用密封段密封配水器中心通道,通过改变井口注水压力来了解配水器以下的流量和压力的变化情况,判断封隔器密封状况。该技术于2000年9月在胜利油田孤岛采油厂投入应用,到2002年10月底累计完成水井验封308口,共验证封隔器582级,封隔器密封良好占71.9%,失效占28.1%。同时发现,孤岛采田厂最常用的K344-114型封隔器的密封良好率71.8%,而K344-115型和Y341-115F型的密封良好率分别只有57.2%和60%。该技术简单易行,验证结果准确可靠,可以在油田推广应用。It is an important work to check the sealing condition of the packer in oilfield water-flooding development. Based on our experience and known methods, a sealing tester is developed. The packer sealing condition is valuated according to the variation of flow rate and pressure below injection flow regulator with injection pressure at the wellhead. Sealing conditions of 582 packers in 308 water-injection wells had been checked until Oct,2002 after the meter was used in Gudao Oilfield in Sept, 2000, among which 71. 9% of the packers are good in sealing condition and the rest are bad. At the same time, it is found that 71. 8% of the K344-114 packers are in good sealing condition while 57. 2% of the K344-115 packers and 60% of the Y341-115F packers work well. The technology can be widely used because of its easy operation and exact checking ability.
