摘　　要：在现状分析的基础上,提出了县级医院信息管理系统的建设原则,简单介绍了系统组成和信息管理系统的功能,并提出下一步开发的设想。Based on the analyses of the statue quo, this paper puts forward to the implement principals. It introduces the network structure and function of the information management system for hospital. It also brings up assumption of the system.
