摘  要:本文报道了BPSCCO/Ag超导复合带的一些物理冶金特性。研究结果表明,BPSCCO中的超导相2212和2223的晶体结构受冷加工和再烧结处理的影响,强烈的冷加工使2212和2223的晶体结构破坏,其冷加工后的再烧结处理,可以使2223相的晶体结构恢复,但2212相则不再出现。两次再烧结之间的中间冷压可改善BPSCCO/Ag复合带的临界电流密度。文章介绍了中间冷压对BPSCCO/Ag复合带J_c的影响规律,并对中间冷压提高BPSCCO/Ag复合带J_c的原因进行了分析和讨论。BPSCCO/Ag复合带的最佳电流密度高达~15000A/cm^2(77K,0T)。Some physico-metallurgy characteristics of BPSCCO/Ag superconducting tapes are reported in this paper. The results of research indicated that the crystal structures of superconducting 2212 phase and 2223 phase were affected by cold working and resintering. Heavy cold working made the crystal structured of 2212 phase and 2223 phase degrade. The crystal structure of 2223 phase could be recovered by resintering after heavy cold working, but the 2212 phase did not come out after resintering. Intermediate cold pressing between two resintering processes improved critical current density of BPSCCO/Ag compasite tapes. Reqularity of influence of intrermediate pressing on J_cof BPSCCO / Ag composite tape is presented in this paper. The reasons for improving J_cof BPSCCO / Ag composite tape are analysed and doscussed in this paper. The optimum J_cof BPSCCO / Ag composite tape is up to 15000 A / cm^2(77K, 0T).
