摘　　要：本文介绍了YTQ-1型地层倾角仪中TC4钛合金板弹簧的研制工作。研究了弹簧的热成形和热处理工艺,讨论了弹簧的应力松弛问题。This paper described the research work of the plate spring made of titanium alloy TC4, Which is applied to the stratigraphic dip equipment of type YTQ-1, a oil logger made in China. The Processes of hot -Formation and heat-treatment were investigated and the problem of stress relaxation of spring was also discussed in this paper.
