摘 要:用中性玻璃与A-W生物活性玻璃陶瓷的混合陶瓷粉涂覆在TC4基体上,经预烧形成过渡层,然后再涂覆A-W陶瓷,经烧结来制备复合试样。研究了过渡层结构、过渡层中的中性玻璃含量、烧结制度、基体表面粗糙度及基体表面氧化膜厚度对结合强度的影响。结果表明:采用过渡层能大幅度提高结合强度;当中性玻璃含量在0—50%,烧结温度在750—950℃(保温2 h)范围内时,其结合强度随中性玻璃含量的增加、烧结温度的提高、基体表面粗糙度增加和基体表面生成适当厚度的氧化膜而提高;且当中性玻璃含量为50%时,基体经表面喷砂、预氧化膜厚度为4μm时,经950℃/2 h烧结制备的A-W活性玻璃陶瓷-TC4复合体,其结合强度最高,达到16.6 MPa。Coated by the mixed powders of neutro-glass and A-W bioactive glass ceramics on TC4 matrix and presintered to form a transition layer, the samples then were coated with A-W powders and sintered again. The influences of the transition layer, the content of the neutro-glass in the transition layer, sintering temperature, the roughness of the matrix surface and the thickness of the surface oxide film on the bonding strength are studied in detail in this paper. The experimental results Show that the transition layer can obviously in crease the bonding strength. When the content of neutro-glass is 0-50 % and sintering temperature is 750-950 ℃ (holding time is 2 h), bonding strength enhances with the increasings of the neutro-glass content, the sintering temperature, the roughness of the metrix surface and when a certain thickness of the matric oxide film are formed. The bonding strength of A-W bioactive glass ceramics-TC4 composite reaches 16.6 MPa, when the content of neutro-glass is 50 %; the matrix is blasted, the thickness of the matrix oxide film is 4 μm; the sintering temperature is 950 ℃ and holding time is 2 hours.
